How do I sign up?
A $25 non-refundable deposit secures your spot for the crop date you choose. You may mail a check along with the registration form or pay online.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes! The seats are assigned for each crop and you will be seated across from your friend. Groups with odd number of attendess larger than 5 are subject to being split to back to back tables vs. all being in one single row or pod. Example: if you have a party of 7 you may have 3 in one row and 4 in the row adjacent to you.
What do I need to bring?
Your pictures, supplies, paper, adhesive. Any items that you need to work on the project that you are working on. There is not a community tools table as space does not allow for it. There is limited isle space, so please do not bring any tables larger than the side tables that can fit by your chair.
What if I have to cancel?
We know things happen....Deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another guest. You can send someone else in your place at any time. If you cancel your reserved spot within 22 days of the event, we will refund your fees minus the nonrefundable deposit. If you have to cancel your rservation within 21 days before the event, no refund will be made due to the expenses that have already been incurred on your behalf. Not showing up for your reserved spot will forfeit all funds to Just Croppin. Forfeited funds cannot be used as a credit for a future event.
What if I missed the payment deadline?
Email me to let me know how you will be paying (online or mailing a check). There is a $20 late fee for payments that are received 3 days past the final payment due date. Final payment reminders are sent 3 weeks prior to final due dates.
